I just moved to Hartford. When the terminals went on my battery, I was skeptical at first about this place but others also heard good things so I decided to press my luck. Johnny D is straight forward no BS and really is honest. They stand by their work and are good people.

Sher’s opened at 6:30am on a Monday so I was able to drop off the car before heading to work. Johnny was so patient and helpful. Really saved my day!!! Thank you!

Sher's has done repairs on my cars for the past 5 years. Best mechanic I've ever had, hands down. Skilled, honest, reasonably priced, polite, timely. They ALWAYS go the extra mile for me. They drive me to work at the hospital if it's raining. They even came in on a Sunday to help me with a flat tire even though they were closed! Mike and John and Jaime are the best in the business! Highest possible recommendation - 11 out of 10.

I just cannot imagine a better customer experience. Whether it's 6:30am opening time or later in the day, the Sher's team is pleasant, cheerful and responsive. They repaired my aging Suburban - fair pricing and fast turnaround. I won't go anyplace else for my auto repairs. They are more than 5 stars!
